Zhaoyuan Medical Instrument Factory was founded in 1989, belonging to a professional one to produce disposal medical instrument fixed by National Medicinal Supervisory Administrative Bureau. Now, the factory has 420 staffs, including 90 various engineering technicians. The fixed assets are RMB￥15 million. It also has 4800 square meters of the decontaminating workshops of ten thousand-grade, which is in accordance with the national GMP standard. The production equipment is advanced. The check and measure are perfect. The annual production of disposal infusion sets is 130 million sets with the other auxiliary products of 75 million sets. The products have the license of National Medical Supervisory Bureau, National Technology Supervisory Bureau, National Industry Products Certificate issued by Provincial Sanitation Office, Registered Certificate of Medical Instrument, Sanitation License and License of Making measuring Instrument etc.

Disposal medical instrument have the characteristics of asepsis, nontoxic and no heat resource. It can avoid mutual infection between the sufferers and the product has the character of long market cycle, good prospect, and sold-well both at home and abroad.

Ⅴ、Raw Materials and Energy Supply
The raw material can be fully supplied in the locality. Electricity, water etc. can also be fully supplied. Everything goes on well from the beginning till now.

Ⅵ、Transaction Value
The total investment is RMB￥45 million. The self-raised capital is RMB￥25 million. The rest expects to be invested by the cooperative party.

Ⅶ、Analysis of Economic Benefit and Planned Amortization
The annual sales income can realize RMB￥68 million, including RMB￥13 million of the profit. The investment recovery period is 3-5 years.

The form can be JV or Contractual JV for over 12 years.
