1. Power Supply:
Industrial production use: RMB 0.79 yuan/kwh
Inhabitants lighting use: RMB 0.52yuan/kwh
2．Plant Building
The building cost for common plant (excluding land charge) is RMB
.300-500 yuan/m2.
For plant letting, the rent (excluding land rent) is RMB 20-40 yuan/m2
per year.
3. Telecom Charge
For table phone, monthly hired line charge is RMB 30 yuan , Calling
charge: RMB o.22 yuan/minute. For mobile, monthly hired line charge
is RMB 21 yuan , Calling charge: RMB o.40 yuan/minute.
4. Labor Cost
It concludes pay (bonus involved), aged insurance, unemployment insurance,
work injury insurance and medical insurance.
For common workers, the pay (bonus involved) is RMB 300-700 yuan/month,

For technicians and managerial personnel, the pay (bonus involved)

5. Land Selling:
The longest period of land selling certificate is 50 years, and the
price is RMB 50 thousand Yuan/mu (667 m2).
Annotation: High-tech projects or projects with investment over US$
5 million may enjoy cheaper price.
